Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind Tend Natural Testosterone Support with a 90-day money-back guarantee. You have 90 days from the delivery date of your first order to request a refund on your first bottle if you are not satisfied. Show us you gave it a real shot, and we will refund your first order. No hassle.
How the guarantee works
- Try the product. Take 3 capsules per day as directed.
- If you are not satisfied, email us at hello@trytend.co within 90 days of your first delivery date. Include a photo of your used bottle (empty, near-empty, or in-progress) to confirm you gave the product consistent use.
- We process your refund. We refund the product price of your first order to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
What the guarantee covers
- The guarantee covers the product price of your first order (1 bottle / 30-day supply), whether purchased as a subscription or one-time purchase.
- You have a 90-day window from your first delivery date to submit a claim. This gives you time to try the product, assess your results, and decide.
- A photo of your used bottle (empty, near-empty, or in-progress) is required. This confirms you opened the product and actually took it. We are not asking for bloodwork or proof of failure — just proof of use.
- You do not need to return the bottle. Keep whatever is left.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What the guarantee does not cover
- Subscription renewal orders. The guarantee covers your first order only. If your subscription renewed and you received additional shipments, those are not covered. By allowing your subscription to renew, you confirmed your decision to continue. Renewal orders are non-refundable. If you received additional unopened bottles, they may be returned sealed within 30 days of their delivery date (see Standard Returns below).
- Claims submitted after 90 days. The guarantee window is 90 days from your first delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be honored.
- Claims without proof of use. If you cannot show that you opened and took the product, the guarantee does not apply. This exists because the guarantee is for men who gave it a real shot, not for unopened bottles.
- Free gifts and bonus items. Digital gifts included with your order (guides, programs, etc.) are delivered at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Physical free gifts must be returned unopened to receive a full refund.
Subscription renewals and refunds
Your subscription is your choice:
- You receive an email notification before each renewal. You can skip, pause, or cancel before you are charged.
- Allowing your subscription to renew is your confirmation that you wish to continue. Renewal orders are non-refundable.
- If you are unsure whether the product is working, cancel or pause before your next billing date. You can always resubscribe later.
- There are no cancellation fees, no contracts, and no commitments. But we cannot refund orders you chose to receive.
Standard returns (outside the guarantee)
- Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
- Contact us at hello@trytend.co to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping address.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@trytend.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice.
Disputes and chargebacks
We make refunds simple and fast. If you have an issue, contact us at hello@trytend.co and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed with your bank without first contacting us, you forfeit all guarantee and refund eligibility and your account will be closed. We keep records of all communications, delivery confirmations, and refund requests. We will contest fraudulent chargebacks.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled order. There are no cancellation fees.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund for previous orders. If you would like a refund on your first order under the guarantee, you must submit a separate request.
Policy limits
- The 90-day money-back guarantee is available once per customer, per household, and per payment method.
- We reserve the right to deny claims that show evidence of abuse, fraud, or bad faith.
- This policy applies to orders placed on or after June 3, 2026. Orders placed before this date are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Is this really risk-free?
Yes. Your first order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Try it, and if it does not work for you, we refund your first order. The only thing we ask is that you actually take the product.
