Billing and frequency

• Subscriptions are billed every 30 days from the date of your first order.
• Your payment method on file will be charged automatically before each shipment.
• You will receive an email notification before each renewal so you are never surprised.
• Subscription pricing is locked in at the rate shown at checkout. We will never raise your price without notice.

Shipping

• Your first order ships with free tracked shipping.
• Subsequent orders ship at the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime

You have full control over your subscription:

• Skip a month: Log into your account and skip your next scheduled shipment. Your subscription stays active and resumes the following month.
• Pause: Put your subscription on hold for as long as you need. Resume when you are ready.
• Cancel: Cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled order. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.

If an order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. It can be returned under our refund policy.

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at trytend.co/account. From your account dashboard you can:

• View your next scheduled order and billing date
• Skip, pause, or cancel your subscription
• Update your payment method
• Change your shipping address
