Where we ship from
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States. Our fulfillment network operates across multiple locations in six US states, with our primary warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

Free standard shipping is available on all subscription orders. One-time purchases qualify for Priority Express Shipping only.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days, contact us at hello@trytend.co and we will look into it.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency. You will receive a shipping confirmation email each time an order ships. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
If you need to change your shipping address, update it in your account before your next order processes.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@trytend.co. We will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Please include your order number and any photos of damage when reaching out.

How long will it take to get my order?
Subscription orders ship with free standard shipping and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Priority Express Shipping delivers in 2-7 business days.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, free standard shipping is included on all subscription orders. One-time purchases ship via Priority Express Shipping at $9.81.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Tracking can take 1-2 business days to become active after shipment. If it has been more than 3 business days with no update, email us at hello@trytend.co with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
